Customized items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the nature of your order. Once your order is confirmed, our team will reach out to confirm delivery details and timelines before dispatch.
Is delivery fee included in the product price?
Can I customise a gift or bracelet?
Yes. Some of our products are available for customisation. Where applicable, customisation options will be indicated on the product page or discussed with you after order confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online card payments and bank transfers via Paystack. All payments are processed safely and
securely.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personalised nature of some items, customised orders are non-refundable. For non-custom items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order.
