Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Refunds
Refunds apply only if we fail to deliver or deliver an incorrect item.
Customized items are not eligible for refunds once production has begun.

Yes. Some of our products are available for customisation. Where applicable, customisation options will be indicated on the product page or discussed with you after order confirmation.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personalised nature of some items, customised orders are non-refundable. For non-custom items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order.
